1. What is QQ?

QQ is an instant messaging service launched and owned by Tencent which is one of the largest Chinese Technology companies. QQ is used by the International and as well as local Chinese individuals to maintain the requirements toward the communication via instant messages.

QQ was Tencent's very first product which launched and still used by the users to keep up connectivity and communicate among the users.

2. History

QQ is launched in February 1999 by Tencent. QQ is Tencent's first product which developed in house. QQ is available for International users in English and other country-specific customized versions to the rest of the regions.
