2. History
The fossil was founded by Tom Kartsostis in 1984. The initial name of the Fossil was Overseas Products International. The initial product which Fossil sold was imported fashion watches. Fossil made to IPO in 1993 and currently traded on NASDAQ stock exchange under the code of FOSL.Fossil is presented at 364 locations globally and do own multiple brands in the fashion industry.
